In global trade, choosing the right shipping method is essential for balancing cost, delivery time, and reliability.
To meet different logistics needs, we provide seven key international shipping services: Express, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Air DDP, Sea DDP, Rail DDP, and Truck DDP.

Express delivery through DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT offers the fastest door-to-door service, ideal for urgent or high-value shipments.
Air Freight provides airport-to-airport transportation, suitable for larger cargo that requires faster transit than sea but at a lower cost than express.
Sea Freight remains the most cost-effective solution for heavy goods and large volumes, especially for long-distance trade.

As international supply chains continue to evolve, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) services play an increasingly important role.
Air DDP, Sea DDP, Rail DDP, and Truck DDP combine shipping, customs clearance, taxes, and final delivery, ensuring a smooth door-to-door experience without additional import procedures for buyers.
These comprehensive solutions help businesses simplify logistics, reduce operational risks, and receive goods efficiently across global markets.

1) Express

Definition:
Express delivery is provided by international courier companies such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT. It is a door-to-door service, and the courier company usually handles most procedures.

Features:

  • Most convenient: No need for the buyer to handle customs clearance in most regions.

  • Fastest speed: Typically 3–7 days.

  • Higher cost: Suitable for small parcels, samples, electronics, and high-value goods.

2) Air Freight

Definition:
Air freight ships cargo from the departure airport to the destination airport. The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and picking up the goods.

Features:

  • Cheaper than express shipping.

  • Ideal for shipments from 21 kg to several tons.

  • Airport-to-airport service.

  • Transit time usually 5–10 days.

3) Sea Freight

Definition:
Cargo is transported by vessel to the destination port, and the buyer handles customs clearance and pickup. Includes LCL (Less-than-Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load).

Features:

  • Lowest cost shipping method in international trade.

  • Suitable for bulk cargo and large shipments.

  • Slowest transit time, generally 20–50 days depending on distance.

4) Air DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Definition:
A combination service: air transportation + customs clearance + tax + local delivery.
All taxes and import procedures are handled by the seller, and the goods are delivered door-to-door.

Features:

  • Cheaper than Express, easier than normal Air Freight.

  • Transit time usually 8–15 days.

  • No import qualifications required from the buyer.

  • Popular in cross-border e-commerce and small/mid-scale B2B shipments.

5) Sea DDP

Definition:
Cargo is transported by sea to the destination country. The logistics provider handles customs clearance, duties, and final delivery.

Features:

  • The lowest-cost DDP option.

  • Slowest among DDP solutions (about 25–50 days).

  • Suitable for heavy goods, large volumes, or price-sensitive products.

  • Common for US/EU cross-border shipments.

6) Rail DDP

Definition:
Example: China–Europe Railway (China–EU trains).
Cargo is shipped by railway → customs clearance → tax → final door delivery.

Features:

  • Transit speed between Air and Sea.

  • Cost between Air DDP and Sea DDP.

  • Ideal for Eurasian trade, especially China–Europe routes.

7) Truck DDP

Definition:
Cross-border truck service. Cargo is transported by land, customs cleared, tax paid, and delivered door-to-door.

Features:

  • Faster than Sea DDP and close to Rail DDP (7–20 days).

  • Costs lower than Air DDP, slightly higher than Sea/Rail DDP.

  • Ideal for regional trade and neighboring countries (e.g., EU internal logistics, China–Southeast Asia).
